Job Description

JMA Solutions, LLC, a dynamic information services firm with headquarters in Washington, D.C. is seeking an Outreach Support to provide support for navigations services to educate and inform aviation users, airport managers, air traffic control, and other aviation officials for future planning. The specialist will support project demonstrations with major air carriers and regional airlines that demonstrate the benefits of GNSS-equipped aircraft. The individual will coordinate and manage quarterly outreach meetings. The individual will coordinate all navigation events and develop/purchase the materials (handouts, videos, etc.) to support these events. This individual should be a creative thinker looking for new opportunities to inform and share updates from a navigation program.

  • Proactively develops communications products for distribution to multiple audiences including but not limited to stakeholders, general public, internal FAA, and Congress. 
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and identifying new platforms or methods for communication.
  • Coordinating with vendors to produce and deliver the necessary materials.
  • Researching and writing articles on the latest advancements in GNSS technology and its applications.

  • Familiarity with GNSS technology and its applications in aviation is a plus.

Education and Certification Requirements: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Fourteen years of work experience in program management may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Minimum 10 years experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution. Also requires demonstrated Cost and Schedule experience with programs, demonstrated experience with cost accounting, and schedule development.

Salary: $78,000 - $85,00 depending on experience and education levels. JMA offers a full benefits package including vision, health, dental, life insurance, as well as a 401k match.
