Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following.

• Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, or plastering.
• Oversees and assists facilities and other workers with their tasks.
• Trouble shoot and repair access control issues as needed i.e. doors not locking/ replacement of access control hardware
• Inspect/ replace general lighting in the facilities
• Assist with CEA/ PO completion
• Complies with established safety guidelines and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for assigning daily assignments to Facilities Workers, Cleaners, and summer help. 

Education and/or Experience:  Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
