Our home health opportunity covering North Kansas City, MO, and nearby towns,strives to provide Licensed Practical Nurses with endless opportunities to make an impact in care. Work/life balance in the city is a breeze, featuring a Monday-Friday schedule. For this specific contract, you are paid per hour, not per visit! Coverage area includes Osage, Maries, Gasconade, Franklin, Crawford, Pulaski, Phelps, Dent, and Reynolds Counties.

$1,560/Weekly Gross

$39/Hourly

MORE ABOUT THE LPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE POSITION:

1. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
2. Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
3. Evaluate and assess the patient's medical condition as ordered and report any significant change in condition immediately to a physician for medical intervention and follow-up
4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses to care in accordance with regulatory standards
5. Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and ensure accurate documentation of medications administered
6. Regularly monitor and record vital signs, recognizing and addressing any abnormal findings
7. Be a model of professionalism and compassion with serving as an ambassador to this organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE:

1. 1 year of home health experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse required
2. BLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
3. Must be eligible to work in the United States
4. LPN license in MO
5. Reliable transportation
6. HomeCare HomeBase experience highly preferred
