In home supervisory visits, investigates accidents/complaints/incidents, maintains care plans and relationships with referring agencies and clients. Duties:

- In Home Supervisory visits

- Investigate accidents/ complaints/incidents

- Maintain care plans and relationships with referring agencies and clients

- Assist with scheduling
- Assist with hiring and training of caregivers
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette skills to ensure positive caregiver/client interactions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate caregiver/client records
- Communicate effectively with caregiver/clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

Skills:

-Must have strong time management skills to meet state policy guidelines
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with fellow office staff, caregivers and clients.
- Multitasking skills a must
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
