This is a full-time hybrid role.
Salary Range: $18.50-$25.00/hr

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Providing first-rate service to customers via telephone, fax, and email
- Entering customer orders into the computer system
- Answering customers’ questions
- Processing returns
- Handling special customer service projects
- At least two years of inbound and outbound customer care experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- 10-key by touch
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel
- Minimum 45 words-per-minute
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
