This is a full-time hybrid role.

Salary Range: $18.50-$25.00/hr

What Your Day Looks Like

• Providing first-rate service to customers via telephone, fax, and email
• Entering customer orders into the computer system
• Answering customers’ questions
• Processing returns
• Handling special customer service projects

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of inbound and outbound customer care experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset
• 10-key by touch
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel
• Minimum 45 words-per-minute
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
