Role Description

This is a full-time Resource Coordinator role at Careline Health Group. As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing resources to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to patients. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing and managing the allocation of resources, maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders, providing training and support to staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in resource management and allocation
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Experience in providing training and support

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:

• Knowledge of hospice care and physician services
• Experience in a healthcare or related setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
