Key Responsibilities:

• Project Analysis: Thoroughly analyze construction documents to grasp the scope of work for accurate bidding.
• Site Management: Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress, maintain gross profit, and adhere to quality standards.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed plans for each project, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and direct customer service.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by aligning our services with customer expectations.
• Vendor Management: Solicit bids, identify qualified subcontractors, and negotiate prices for optimal project outcomes.
• Scheduling: Implement effective project scheduling strategies to ensure on-time completion.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage all inspections to comply with local and state regulations and project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven background in residential restoration construction.
• Proficiency in comprehending and interpreting construction plan sets and insurance claim estimates.
• Experience with DASH, Xactimate, Microsoft Office Suite, and Restoration Manager preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Compensation:

• $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
