- Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants per facility guidelines.
- Conduct admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
- Implement and update resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records (Point Click Care).
- Complete required medical forms, reports, and evaluations.
- Assist in training staff and maintaining data resources.
- Participate in staff meetings and additional projects as needed.
- Education: RN degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 1 year in a similar nursing role.
- Licensure: Valid RN license in Springfield.
- Experience with electronic medical records systems (PCC).
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the job.
