CareNational is looking for an experienced RN Case Manager (Bilingual - Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, or Spanish) in Brooklyn, NY! This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a RN Case Manager .
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000 annually
- Hybrid
- Direct Hire
- Location: Brooklyn, NY
- Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST
- Valid, unrestricted state Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Prefer candidates with Certification in Case Management (CCM).
- 3 years of experience as a RN.
- Must demonstrate an ability to practice independently in the delivery of nursing care
- Geriatric experience is preferred.
- Managed Long-Term Care experience is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and typing skills are necessary.
- Field Position: Must be willing and able to travel in area to see patients in their homes and facility settings.
- Bilingual in English and Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, or Spanish.
