Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Care Coordinator / Sales Liaison. As a your main goal as a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating care services, conducting assessments, and developing personalized care plans for clients. You will also serve as a liaison between clients and caregivers, ensuring effective communication and promoting client satisfaction. As an assistant Sales Liaison, you will support the sales team in various activities, including lead generation, market research, and client outreach. You will play a critical role in promoting our services and building relationships with potential clients.
