Now Hiring - Receptionist - CareOne at Cherry Hill
Hours: Per-Diem
The Receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Responsible for busy front desk
2. Greet & direct visitors
3. Answer busy switchboard, transfer calls, & use paging system as needed
4. Order office supplies and other supplies as needed for office and pharmacy
5. Assist Human Resources within filing, calling references, setting up interviews, etc.
6. Assist Professional Services department by scheduling meetings, put together policy binders, and other materials as needed
7. Provide administrative & clerical assistance as needed
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Professional Experience:

• 0-2 years experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a busy/fast paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining an Organized workspace
• Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff
