We are seeking an experienced Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling individuals into our programs. You will be responsible for managing the enrollment process, providing guidance and support to potential participants, and ensuring a smooth transition into our programs.

Duties:

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategies to recruit individuals for program enrollment

•⁠ ⁠Conduct outreach activities to promote program awareness and attract potential participants

•⁠ ⁠Provide information and guidance to individuals interested in enrolling in our programs

•⁠ ⁠Assist with the application process, including reviewing applications and verifying eligibility criteria

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate enrollment activities, such as scheduling interviews and orientations

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless transition for enrolled participants

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of enrollment data and participant information

•⁠ ⁠Monitor program capacity and make recommendations for adjustments as needed

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in volunteer management or public health is preferred

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and practices is a plus

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in project management and program development

•⁠ ⁠Ability to effectively recruit, educate, and supervise program participants

•⁠ ⁠Experience in fundraising or grant writing is desirable
