The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the general workflow of the Operations Team.
Responsibilities
Select, train, develop, and motivate staff to meet and surpass goals and objectives
Ensure timely deliveries and manage necessary changes to improve patient satisfaction
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all equipment
Communicate standards of performance for personnel, ensure adherence to all company philosophies, policies, and procedures, and compliance with all federal, state, local, and any other applicable regulations
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and keep staff informed of any changes as appropriate
Maintain open and effective communication with staff members on team and across the organization
Attend and participate in monthly management department meetings
Maintain confidentiality of patients and personal information at all times
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency

Requirements
1 years of strong Delivery Technician experience in the health care industry, DME experience preferred
