When you accept job assignments, you will be compensated for your time at $60 per hour. This compensation structure is designed to incentivize efficiency and productivity while providing you with a fair and lucrative opportunity to earn money.

CareSend nurses are considered independent contractors (1099). This means that you will have the freedom to manage your own taxes and expenses.

• Requirements
• Must have a current nursing license in the state in which you will be practicing
• Must be currently working in the field and drawing blood regularly, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Reliable transportation is a must
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check are required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• You must be a tech native and comfortable using a smartphone and computer to execute your tasks
• Adaptable to changing environments and able to learn quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
