Job Summary:

The Manager, Print and Fulfillment executes and manages print, inventory management and fulfillment to support organizational initiatives and major implementations.

Essential Functions:

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure goals of department are successfully achieved
• Maintain leadership role on project initiative teams
• Manage and drive RFPs for print, fulfillment, and inventory management
• Develop SLAs to monitor quality and production; provide quality and production reports to management
• Manage significant budget for member and provider communication needs; assist with annual budget forecast
• Gather, analyze and interpret data to identify cost savings opportunities to implement
• Cultivate and manage vendor relationships; collaborates with Vendor Management to develop contracts and conduct ongoing vendor oversight; manages delegated vendors and provides oversight per company contracts and policies
• Collaborate with project teams to identify data mapping and fulfillment requirements; develop detailed instructions for the implementation of complex fulfillment projects
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and NCQA requirements for print and distribution of member communications
• Develop and drive technology solutions to create process improvements
• Oversight of warehoused materials and inventory management portal
• Act as a liaison with Compliance and Privacy on regulatory issues
• Support regulatory, accreditation and internal audits by providing documentation involving communication to members
• Hire, train, coach and develop staff including performance management
• Perform any other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Purchasing or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
• Minimum of five (5) years of managed healthcare, claims, or managed care regulated environment experience is required
• Minimum of three (3) years of previous leadership experience is required
• Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience in print production and fulfillment is required
• Experience in a variety of print methodologies and print requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and web to print solutions
• Advanced knowledge of postal regulations and requirements
• Knowledge of Claims IT processes/systems

• Proficiency in SQL or related database management system

Compensation Range:
$90,500.00 - $158,400.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
