CareSouth Medical & Dental is a private non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center located in Baton Rouge, LA. We provide a comprehensive range of community-based medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, high-quality healthcare with compassion and respect for all. We are guided by a consumer-majority volunteer board of directors and certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home. Our experienced team operates at our main location in Baton Rouge and satellite clinics in Donaldsonville and Plaquemine, Louisiana. We also provide onsite behavioral services in two Ascension Parish public schools. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Ryan White Program Manager at CareSouth. The Ryan White Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Ryan White Program, including program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, and patients to ensure the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive HIV/AIDS care and support services. The Program Manager will also be responsible for managing program budgets, reporting requirements, and coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
