You'll Be Responsible For:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify communication & swallowing disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, voice, fluency, & swallowing difficulties
- Administering therapeutic interventions to improve articulation, language comprehension, & cognitive-communication skills
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated care plans
- Providing education & training to patients, families, & caregivers on communication & swallowing strategies
- Monitoring & document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Staying current with advances in speech & language pathology through ongoing professional development
- Upholding ethical & professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, & colleagues
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong clinical reasoning & problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- A compassionate & client-centered approach to therapy
