Carespring Health Care Management is Hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist Near Loveland, OH

We need Part-Time, Full-Time, & PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Continuum Therapy Partners in Southwest Ohio & Northwest, KY.As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Continuum Therapy Partners, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the improvement of patients' lives by fostering effective communication and promoting safe swallowing.
You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify communication & swallowing disorders
  • Developing individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, voice, fluency, & swallowing difficulties
  • Administering therapeutic interventions to improve articulation, language comprehension, & cognitive-communication skills
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated care plans
  • Providing education & training to patients, families, & caregivers on communication & swallowing strategies
  • Monitoring & document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Staying current with advances in speech & language pathology through ongoing professional development
  • Upholding ethical & professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, & colleagues
You'll Need To Have:
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Strong clinical reasoning & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • A compassionate & client-centered approach to therapy
