Job Summary:
The Technician Assistant will assist the technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment and system issues
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of equipment and systems
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
