Our team consists of several Care Coordinators, and our HQ team includes our Manager of Operations and Director of Operations. We are growing and therefore seeking two Regional Operations Supervisors to join our team. With a focus on holistic care, collaborative teams, and compassionate end-of-life services, we prioritize excellence and innovation. Our Ideal Candidate has a background in veterinary leadership, strong communication skills, collaborates well within a team and possesses a compassionate and empathetic approach to end-of-life services. The Regional Operations Supervisor will perform a cross-functional role within our network and will oversee the daily operations of our Care Coordinators and DVMs within our network. They will work closely with various teams within our parent company CareVet HQ team, including People & Culture, Recruiting, Strategic Growth, and Financial Operations. They will report directly to the Manager of Operations for Home with Dignity. Specific Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinical operations
Care Coordinator recruitment, onboarding, and training
Handle and perform Care Coordinator tasks as needed
Train DVMs on platforms
Handle setup for new DVMs
Assist in new market setup
Responsible for market performance and research
Identify areas for improvement
Handle DVM schedules
Crematory setup for new markets and DVMs
Managing patient medical records and ensuring the highest quality of accuracy
Scheduling needs for staff and doctors
Promotes and helps ensure a patient centered environment
Facilitates resolutions for client problems that cannot be resolved by doctors or staff
Other duties as assigned
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Experience in the veterinary industry required
2 years as a Hospital Manager or Lead Veterinary Technician
Strong time management skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a high-growth environment
