Qualifications
Previous experience in hospice marketing
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
Proven track record of achieving census targets and driving business growth
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction
Manage and grow existing client accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position the company's products and services in the market
The clinical liaison serves as an advocate for patients and patient representatives beginning and during the pre-admissions process and continuing until the patient is discharged from hospice services
MUST HAVE ATLEAST 3 YEARS HOSPICE MARKETING EXPERIANCE
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
