Carex is partnering with an partner in the energy industry for a Change Management Consultant, requiring on-site presence in Madison, WI, or Cedar Rapids, IA during key project checkpoints. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension.
What You'll Do

• Lead and manage change management projects from start to finish.
• Customize change management approaches based on specific project needs.
• Work closely with project managers, sponsors, and business stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in change management, with a track record of handling projects end-to-end.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills and the ability to ask pertinent questions.
• Excellent people skills with a focus on adoption and reinforcement.
• Ability to tailor approaches based on the situation.
• Certifications: ProSCI and ACMP certifications are required.
• Varied Project Experience: Prefer candidates with experience across a range of projects, not just specialized in one area.
• Additional Requirements:
• Available to start immediately.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
