The organization is looking for a creative, collaborative engineer who is energized by challenging problems with the potential to have a massive impact. The ML/NLP Data Scientist/Full-stack Engineer will be pivotal in shaping our technology and product as we strive to improve healthcare delivery. This role will be responsible for running ML experiments, designing data pipelines, and evaluating workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Design and Experimentation:

• Design and run ML experiments to optimize model performance.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for analytics and ML-ready datasets.
• Evaluate and improve workflows.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ship key functionalities.
• Work closely with the team mates in a collaborative environment. Occasional travel may be required

Required Skills:

• ML Expertise: Proficiency in training, evaluating, and iterating large, supervised learning models.
• NLP Expertise: Strong fundamentals in NER, embeddings, and full-text search.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with git, task tracking, and producing quality code.
• Problem-solving: Enjoys balancing efficiency, scalability, and rapid shipping.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Experience in our Tech Stack: AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Python, Pytorch, React.
• Healthcare Dataset Knowledge: payer claims data, EHR charts, ICD-10 coding.
• Building secure systems with compliance.
