We are a well-established and growing company in the Raleigh NC market with multiple auto repair facilities dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Operations.
**Job Description:**
The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations across locations, ensuring all facilities run smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical to our success and involves:
- Setting and achieving company operational and financial goals.
- Hiring, training, and managing staff.
- Participating in leadership decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participating in marketing planning and initiatives.
- Manage daily operations across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and mentor location managers and staff.
- Coordinate with leadership on company goals and strategies.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Manage budgets and financial planning for each location.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably in the auto repair or related industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
