• Responsibilities:

Job and Architectural Billing

• Invoice matching
• Account reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Processing
• Data Entry
• Customer Service
• Month End Accounting Entries

Experience:

• - Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Management and or previous work

experience working in an accounting office.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• - Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage,

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
