Job Type: Full Time
Shift Available: 12 hours rotating shift
Compensation: $18.00/hr or greater, depending on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $2000

- Monitor all critical operating parameters and make adjustments to the process as necessary
- Follow Batch instructions and procedures
- Safely handle (loading and unloading of bulk trucks, totes and drums) hazardous chemicals Caustic soda, Sodium Metal bisulfite, Bis-A Resin, Epichlorohydrin, Solvents
- Follow safe operating procedures and review and offer updates as necessary
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Be 18 years or older
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
- Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)
- At least 1 year of experience in production related work
- Ability to work 12 hours shifts
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to work in in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Experience identifying and reporting safety risks
- Forklift certified
- Prior HAZ CHEM/ Chemical industry experience
- Experience with SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Ability to read and understand safety data sheets (SDS)
- Prior technical /repair experience
- Willing and able to cross-train in other, similar positions at the plant
- Ability to troubleshoot basic processe
