**Principal Accountabilities**

**Must be able to rotate all positions: Grinder Operator, Gravy, Mix injection, Brine, Tumbler and Spice Room. Set up machines, weigh, grinding, chopper, mixing, scales and to drive a jack. Set up and tear down equipment.**

**Cross-trained within department as needed.**

**Responsible for completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties.**

**Also requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights from scales.**

**Ability to operate the IPFS system.**

**Ability to perform multiple tasks.**

**Work on the production line as needed.**

**Ability to read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas for product.**

**Ability to read specs.**

**Must be able to rotate within the department and other departments.**

**Complete SSOP paperwork daily.**

**Qualifications**

**Required Qualifications**

**Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship**

**Must be 18 years or older**

**Must be able to lift 50lbs**

**Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts**

**Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity.**

**Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills.**

**Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone.**

**Must have good basic math and reading skills**

**Previous production/farm experience**
