Job Purpose
and Impact
The Product Safety and Regulatory Specialist supports the 3rd party locations of CBI (Cargill Bio-Industrial) products in providing specialized knowledge of specific segments of our quality systems and / or plant / production processes such as product safety and quality auditing, specific product line knowledge, computer systems, management or oversight of suppliers and other needed focus areas.
In this role, you will collaborate with multifunctional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks and you will work together with internal 6 external teams to address customer requirements and concerns as well as collaborate on projects and audits.
You will provide timely support yo the Agile Manufacturing Team and the 3rd party lead program to ensure we build the relationships we need to with our ExMan (External Manufacturer) partners.
Key Accountabilities
Support the implementation of SAP activities related to processes and metrics : (e.g. SAP-TC2 super user, scorecard champion), maintain and update product safety and quality generated analytical data in database systems as needed and create & maintain SAP Quality Master data.
Do material release & batch management (Batch result recording, approving product for use, block / unblock batch, etc.)
