As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated drivers (owner operators) to service a specific tradelane from Hazelton, PA to the Ports.

Position Summary: We are currently seeking several dedicated drivers (owner operators) to join our team at Cargomatic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting cargo from Hazelton, PA to the Ports and back on a daily basis. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport cargo from Hazelton, PA to the Ports and back.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning.
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and cargo delivered.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and handle any inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial truck driver.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• TWIC Card is required
• This is an Owner Operator position
