Are you passionate about luxury hospitality and eager to gain hands-on experience at a premier property? Join us as a Hospitality Intern for college credit and work closely with our Executive Managing Director!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor service delivery against standards of Leading Hotels of the World and Forbes Travel Guide.
• Track trainings and initiatives to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Log product deficiencies and track project progress.
• Coordinate with all departments on corrective actions for service and product.
• Analyze guest experiences and recommend corrective actions to achieve standards.
• Attend daily departmental meetings to ensure consistency of quality messaging.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand theories of luxury hospitality service.
• Implement processes to drive quality improvement.
• Enhance social and presentation skills to demonstrate effective quality processes.
• Coordinate tasks in sequential order to enhance the guest experience.

Schedule:

• 3 days per week, including one weekend per month.
• Maximum 20 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Professional dress and grooming.
• Attire must always be well maintained – pressed, no stains, and with impeccable presentation.
• Personal appearance must exude elegance, grace, poise, refinement, and luxury.
