Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ health conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other necessary medical procedures.
• Monitor and document clients’ health status and progress.
• Educate clients and their families on disease management, health maintenance, and home care techniques.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to clients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all health care regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
