We're recruiting multiple HHA and PCA positions to fill a variety of open shifts throughout Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens Counties.

Shifts available:

Thursdays 4p-9p

Fri-Sun 9p-9p

Requirements ("Candidate Profile"):

• Background check required
• Current HHA or PCA Certificate
• 2 Professional References
• Driver's License or State ID required
• I-9 Identification is required (Ex. Social Security Card)
• Current Physical, (MMR) Measles, Rubella and Rubeola vaccination, PPD or Chest X-Ray

Pay: $18.55 per hour

• Kings Park, NY: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
