Asan RN in a Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be responsible for providingskilled nursing care and oversight to residents with complex medicalconditions, chronic illnesses, or disabilities. You will collaborate with otherhealthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and nursingassistants, to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents.
KeyResponsibilities :
•Assess residents' health status and develop and implementindividualized care plans that address their unique needs and preferences.
•Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physiciansand ensure residents' compliance with prescribed regimens.
•Monitor and document residents' vital signs, symptoms, andresponse to treatments.
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage residents'medical needs, including wound care, physical therapy, and other therapies.
•Coordinate with families and community resources to promoteresidents' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
•Participate in quality improvement programs, infectioncontrol, and risk management initiatives.
•Provide support and guidance to nursing assistants and otherstaff members, as needed.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
