We are looking for an STNA and Home Health Aide to provide care a Minimum of 32-40 hrs weekly for multiple elderly individuals and Veterans.

Client 1: Canton : 79 y/o Male Veteran Needing assist with Transfer, Light House Keeping, Companion Care and Personal Care, Med Reminders, Meal Prep.

Hours: Daily 9A-5P

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs personal care and patient-specific activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:

• Help with patients' personal hygiene care
• Assist with dressing
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• Light housekeeping
• Transfer and Ambulation Assist.
• Travel from Client to Client
• Able to lift 50lbs daily
• Working every other weekend if applicable

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional people skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Clear background and drug screening
• 2 Years experience as an STNA/CNA
• Ability to roll patient for changing
• Ability to Transfer Patient
• Hoyer Experience
