Caring Transitions of South Dayton is the trusted source of professional services to help families in times of transition. We handle the details and help reduce a family’s stress due to downsizing and relocation. Our pack and move, home cleanout, online auction, estate sales and other services quickly liquidate the contents of the home so it can be sold quickly.

Primary duties of this role include, but aren’t limited to:

• Sort and organize household possessions 
• Pack boxes for a move or shipping
• Unpack and resettle at the new residence
• Set up and execute estate sales and online auctions, including photography and customer service
• Stage and lightly clean the home to prepare for sale. Variety of work - no two days are the same!
• This flexible, part-time, and fun position is a great opportunity to earn extra money while helping others! The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enjoy working on a team, and show a sense of urgency.

The ideal candidate will be:

- Interested in compassionate assistance for aging adults and their families

- Honest and reliable

- Able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods of time, walk up and down steps and other physical activities.

-Comfortable working in a dusty or dirty environment at times 

Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):

• Access to a smartphone/computer for scheduling, time-keeping, photography and online auction app. Must pass a background check.

• Part-time, flexible hours that meet your schedule between 5-25 hours weekly.
