We are a family of four programs working to fill the gaps in the homeless services system: CARITAS Shelter, CARITAS Works, The Healing Place, and the CARITAS Furniture Bank.

This part time, hourly position reports to the CFO and is an onsite role at our Stockton street location .
General Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable processing
• Prepare journal entries
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with audits to ensure compliance
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Nonprofit experience preferred
• Quickbooks experience is a plus
• Concur experience is a plus
