Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service to customers. If you have experience in bartending and a strong knowledge of various beverages, we would like to meet you. Your base pay is $10.65 plus TIPS (employer will claim $5.35 as tip credit). We are using point system for the tipping for all front staffs.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Skills:

- Experience in bartending or related roles
- Knowledge of brewing, causal dining, and food service industry practices
- Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions
- Proficiency in operating a Square POS system
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Be able to multi tasking, to work along as bartender/server during slow shift
