Carlisle Construction Materials has an exciting opportunity to join their Versico Brand as a Marketing Coordinator in Carlisle, PA.
As the Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with the Versico Marketing Manager and product marketing to develop promotional campaigns and strategies. This role will help support marketing efforts by analyzing customer and marketing research materials, assessing the impact of marketing programs, and developing innovative campaigns to drive brand recognition and growth.
The Versico Marketing Coordinator will take ownership in document accuracy and facilitating updates, as needed, working alongside IMC and product marketing. The Versico Marketing Coordinator will also lead in national trade show execution.
This position will report to the Versico Marketing Manager and will work with company personnel at all levels and departments as well as external customers.
Essential Duties:

• Works closely with Product and Marketing Managers and will be responsible for executing marketing programs from start to completion.
• Support in the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Partner with email, marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
• Plan, organize, execute, and manage events, including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, training seminars and other corporate events.
• Supports sales staff with print and online marketing tools.
• Schedules projects with production teams.
• Copywriting of various promotional materials.
• Proofreading and editing.
• Attending various trade shows and meetings.
• Some travel is required.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
• Five (5) years of job-related experience is required.
• Event and/or tradeshow planning experience strongly preferred
• Product marketing experience preferred
• Experience planning integrated marketing and communications plans preferred
• Experience in the construction industry, as well as B2B communication is strongly recommended.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment is necessary.
