Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Provide contact and liaison between Sales customers and the sales team and internal departments. Process incoming orders; receive, evaluate, and respond to written or telephoned customer inquiries in a timely manner. Work within established guidelines to achieve the customer’s expectations, company policy and profit and quality requirements. Greet visitors and direct to right person or departments.

· Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers to provide information about products and services, to take orders, or to obtain details of complaints, or direct to correct departments.

· Input customers’ orders, including orders forwarded from the sales teams or from calls you received or made.

· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

· Assist in resolving customers' service or billing complaints; check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

· Assist in walk in visitors in finding the right person, department, and direct them where they need to go or where they should wait.

· Assist the retail/will call team in coordinating same-day deliveries and pickups for customers, if necessary. Process pickup requests from customers and Sales team. Direct delivery/routing questions and issues from customers to the warehouse supervisor or Operations manager.

· Respond to product inquiries from customers. Share new or additional services or products with customers.

· Recommend improvements in products, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.

· RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Sales, Operations / Distribution / Sales Team, Management
External: Customers 2 years Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.

· Strong computer skills and understanding of Excel spreadsheet software.

· Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

· Valid Driver’s license and proven safe driving record.

· Experience with a food distributor is preferable.Must have computer skills, Microsoft Software experience required.

· Valid Driver’s license and proven safe driving record.Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, including as a driver or passenger in an automobile, up to 4 days a week.

· Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor and telephone for prolonged periods of time.

· Ability to lift, carry and transport work-related materials, that frequently weigh up to 25 lbs. and may occasionally weigh more than 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
