Job Description
We’re hiring a Bilingual Customer Care Representative for our Southwest Houston area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Bilingual Customer Care Representative
- Location: Southwest Houston
- Pay: $15.50/hour
- Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
- Duration: Temp-to-hire
- Description of Duties: Manage large number of calls while assisting customers with various needs. Identify and address needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Requirements: Bilingual required, ability to handle large call volumes, previous utility experience is a plus. Strong phone contact handling and effective listening skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written.).
