We’re looking for a driven Data and Business Insights Analyst to join the Carma team! You’ll work cross-functionally across the business, diving deep into data, conducting key analysis, developing actionable insights, and helping drive key projects and decisions forward. If you live and breathe numbers, have a strong technical background, and love solving problems, let’s chat.

• Dive into our data! Gather, analyse, and interpret internal and external data to create insights and reports that drive smart business decisions.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to tap into the Carma Data Platform in Snowflake, and contribute toward building consolidated, curated, reusable and fit-for-purpose data assets for the business.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track KPIs and keep our business on course.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, spot opportunities, and identify areas where we can level up.
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that everyone can understand, collaborating across teams to make an impact.

• You bring at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role (any experience in the automotive or ecommerce industry would be a bonus!)
• Numbers are your language—your strong analytical skills let you turn complex data sets into actionable insights.
• You’re a pro with data analysis and visualisation tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Detail-oriented with a sharp problem-solving mindset, you leave no stone unturned.
• You’re a team player who excels at building strong relationships across the business, juggling multiple projects, and communicating effectively with different stakeholders.
• You’ve got an undergraduate degree in data, statistics, mathematics, business, or a related field.

This is a full time position based in Alexandria Sydney, with flexibility for hybrid working (2 days from home per week).
