LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse - RN

We are looking for a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse - RN.

• $31 to $43.50 per hour based on license, experience and shift
• DAY SHIFT: 7a to 7p and NIGHT SHIFT:7p to 7a; Weekly plus Every Other Weekend
• RN or LPN nurses:We will reimburse KY license fees
• 10-minute commute from Cincinnati

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Kentucky State Board of Nursing.
• Current KY LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License or Registered Nurse - RN.
• BLS certification required.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• English language required.
• FOR THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT STATE LAW REQUIRES A CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse - RN Summary:

• Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
• Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
• Regular rounding on nursing units.
• Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
• Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
• Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
