We are looking for bartenders for a very busy Italian themed dessert bar. The position will include bartending, espresso drinks (barista skills), alcoholic milkshakes, hot drinks, boxing cakes, and light savory fare like sandwiches and pizza slices. Our bartenders perform all of these tasks throughout their shifts while managing guests at both the bar top and walk-up bar register.

Menu includes-
Modern cocktails
Dessert cocktails including adult milkshakes, sorbetto frose, coffee drinks
Wine and Beer
espresso, cappuccino and coffee
sandwiches, pastries, cakes and desserts

Honesty, friendliness, a sense of urgency, and high-volume bartending experience are requirements. We are one of the busiest, most consistent establishments downtown with very strong sales and excellent tips.

All employees receive free meals on shift. Health plan provided for full time employees. Prefer full-time availability, but will consider excellent part-time candidates
