Uncapped earning potential . We want to talk to you if you're a sales pro who is money-motivated and knows how to speak to all the elements of home remodeling. You will generate your own leads and be provided with company leads. We'll offer a draw or base pay until you get up and running. The goal is to be making 100% commission within your first 6 months. We are looking for someone that can manage themselves and their own time. Flat commission rate on everything you sell that is teired the more you sell.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• run company provided leads

​ Qualifications:

• Knowledge in the following: Kitchen and bath remodeling, finished basements, additions, sunrooms and decks, interior trim work, custom built-ins
• Sales experience in home remodeling industry
• Ability to generate customer leads
• Run appointments
• Produce customer sales estimates and contracts
• Interact with project managers and suppliers
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Work area is throughout Northern Virginia and will require reliable transportation. Sales Representatives will be able to work from home when not in the field.

Compensation is negotiable and based on level of experience
