Carmona Pool Services is looking to hire lifeguards for the Union, NJ area. Job duties include:

• Monitoring swimming activities at the aquatics facility and ensuring policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed.
• Administering first aid in the event of injury, rescuing swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and/or administering CPR if necessary.
• Evaluating conditions for safety and initiating the emergency action plan as required.
• Inspecting pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure they are safe and usable.
• Cleaning the pool by vacuuming, brushing the tile line, and skimming when necessary.
• Completing chemical water testing for pH and chlorine.

No lifeguard certification? No problem! We offer free American Red Cross lifeguard certification courses in multiple locations throughout NJ. As a lifeguard at Carmona Pool Services, you get to make your own schedule - work as many or as little hours as you want.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $17.25 per hour
