Requirements of Licensed Practical Nurse

Active NJ LPN License
Pediatric Experience
Current physical with verification of PPD/Q-Gold/Chest X-Ray
Covid Booster or exemption
I-9 identifiers (Passport, Driver's License, SS Card, etc).
Valid CPR Certificate

Role and Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse will perform assigned duties for patients based on designated care plans.
Must be comfortable with pediatric, adult and geriatric cases, including cases involving developmental disabilities.
Provide client- specific nursing needs including administration of medication, client specific treatments, personal and behavioral assistance.
Consistently monitor clients' conditions and report any changes.
Comply with all agency policies and procedures and any relevant requirements to meet accreditation standards.
Demonstrate sound clinical judgement.
LPN will follow all additional requirements on a case-by case basis.

Salary: Up to $35.00 per hour

Location: Somerset County
