We are looking for an Accountant Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for various accounting functions and possess excellent analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Must be proficient in Quickbooks (Desktop and online), Excel, and Accounting software
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• conduct account analysis and reconciliation tasks
• handle bank reconciliations
• Payroll processing
• monthly/quarterly accounting

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting
• Quickbooks Software
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven work experience
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

• 20 - 40 hours per week
