Were looking for an amazing Shore Excursion Programs Specialist to fill this role which will be based in our Seattle office. This is a hybrid, in-office role. Youll work in person (in office) Tuesday to Thursday each week. Youll be responsible for support the Seabourn Groups, Charters, and Special Events team. This involves assisting with the planning and execution of unique shoreside events and experiences for Seabourn guests, in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager, Shore Excursions. The role also entails developing custom tours for charter clients and affinity groups, maintaining constant communication with clients, tour operators, and ships to ensure the highest quality in event delivery and tour programs.

**Responsibilities**
Oversees the planning, execution and day to day administration of at least 5 events & up to 20 charters per year. Book venues, draft contracts and lock down day to day logistics
Works with charter and affinity group clients to determine shore excursion requirements. Develops tours with suppliers and creates client proposals. Responds to all inbound Charter, Special event, and group shore excursion requests.
Creates tour content in MXP database. Manages inventory in MXP. Negotiates additional inventory from suppliers as needed. Review Event invoices and pass through to appropriate manager for sign off.
Assists with marketing projects for Shorex & FCCs
Spots trends in Medallia and online reviews for the purpose of enhancing guest satisfaction in our Shorex product
Compile reporting and complete administrative tasks for Shorex Department. To include Operations, groups & Charters, and Special Projects
Assists with Incentive reporting for Shorex and FCCs
Troubleshoots travel agents and group leader issues with Shorex group bookings in ONE SOURCE/MAST/POLAR.
Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for every event; research vendors and work with leadership to make selections based on creativity, quality, and cost
Support and uphold our Culture Essentials
All other duties assigned by management that are in alignment of this position
**Requirements**
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing with a focus on Tourism or Equivalent Experience
Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment
Minimum 4 years of product development or marketing experience
Proven track record of creative, successful events.
Must be analytical with proficiency working with Power BI, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Professional communication skills required. Ability to present proposals in written and oral formats to accurately communicate program details
Excellent organization, communication, negotiating and multitasking skills.
Ability to interact efficiently and positively with co-workers, tour operators and guests from varying cultures and backgrounds.
Worldwide destination and tour operation knowledge preferred.
Knowledge of cruise line operations and/or shipboard shore excursion operations preferred.

Base Salary Range: $63,700.00 to $86,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
