Carnivore manufactures 100% of its products at its own facilities, leveraging a unique and best-in-class supply chain approach and relationships to ensure that most ingredients are frozen immediately after harvesting to lock in freshness and nutrients. The ingredients are then processed at Carnivore’s own facilities and dried using proprietary freeze dry equipment and technology.
Carnivore employs 197 associates and will be opening a new 235,000 square foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Green Bay this summer. The new 28-acre campus will become Carnivore’s Global Headquarters and provide capacity to support its growth over the next 3-5 years.

PurposeWe’re seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to own sales and marketing support initiatives. As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your mission is to ignite our sales and marketing team's potential by streamlining processes, fostering dynamic collaboration, and ensuring every detail aligns for success. You will be the heartbeat of our sales and marketing operations, driving efficiency, and supporting our team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. With your passion for organization and proactive approach, you will transform challenges into opportunities, propelling our sales performance to extraordinary heights and fueling our company's growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDistributor Relationship Management
  • Primary contact for Distributor Buyers for order fulfillment, new item setup, product discontinuations, shortage/overage claims, and account management issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and price lists in ERP and PXM for each Distributor and Fulfillment Center.
  • Research credit requests and reconcile discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy in credits issued, issue Credit Notes and manage Distributor communications.
  • Analyze and create monthly distributor promotions, create promotional sheets for partners
Sales Asset Creation
  • Partner with design team to build out planograms, sell sheets, and other items to assist the sales team
  • Pack and fulfill point of sale assets, VIP retailer kit boxes, sales rep demo kits, etc.
  • Manage astro-loyalty programming, create messaging, select promotional offers, analyze results
  • Create monthly sales letter informing field sales team of promotions
  • Write monthly sales emails for B2B customers, request creative assets from design team
  • Order sample products and POS assets for retailers
Tradeshow & Retailer Event Coordination
  • Pack crates and organize materials required for 2 national trade shows annually and 5 regional shows
  • Order sample products & SWAG
Distributor / Retailer Plant Tour Coordination
  • Host distributor and retailer partners at our office manufacturing plant to assist in business building. Coordinate travel, arrange meals, create agenda for visit, and ensure a positive visit.
Marketing Support
  • Design order SWAG and build custom boxes for influencers and press to support brand awareness growth, in partnership with the brand team
  • Order sample products for events
  • Request sales tracking for new item innovation with Nielsen other data providers
  • Manage marketing communication calendar in Asana
Other
  • Report issues with regards to the food safety/quality assurance system (FSQA) to Leadership and adhere to the requirements of the FSQA standards.
  • Live product demonstration / cutting coordination

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university or equivalent business experience
  • 3 years of experience in sales support and/or marketing role.
  • Must have computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft and Gsuite applications (i.e., Powerpoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience with data entry and ERP systems required.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems strongly preferred.
  • Must have Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in CPG or pet industry strongly preferred.
  • Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, able to navigate conflicting priorities, a proactive planner, majorly motivated, and highly communicative with strong people skills.
  • Candidate must reside near Green Bay, WI or be willing to move (no relocation assistance is available) and will work in our new headquarters located in Green Bay, WI.
