Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise dealers within the assigned region
• Present and demonstrate CarNow’s chat and digital retailing solutions to current clients
• Assist with onboarding and delivery of impact with CarNow product suite
• Be a technical product expert to ensure expectations are met during the onboarding and activation process with dealers
• Achieve and exceed monthly retention goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet monthly upsell quotas through effective communication and promotion of additional services
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and pipeline

Requirements:

• 2 years in automotive sales, with a focus on digital solutions
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong understanding of chat and digital retailing technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• Familiarity with CRM tools for effective sales management
